Cameron Ewen, a former brewer at Paddock Wood, and his partner Heather Williams opened Saskatoon’s latest craft brewery in the fall of 2013. The love that these two share for craft beer led them to explore as much as they could about the industry. Over the years, they have traveled to study breweries near and far to find out the secret recipe to running a successful brewery. They found it with Prairie Sun Brewery and they are excited to share their beer with all of Saskatoon. Expansion outside the province is a distance away. They are intentionally brewing up beer that are less common and are passionate on growing the industry in Saskatchewan
