Varieties grown in the small Ovino vineyard are Pinot Gris, Pinot Meunier and Gewurztraminer as well as cold hardy, disease resistant hybrid grapes with beautiful fruity flavors and aromas, including Traminette, Petit Milo and L’Acadie for white wine plus Foch and Regent for red wine.
