Okanagan Mint Julep
2.50 oz Okanagan Spirits BRBN
0.50 oz Simple Syrup*
5 Mint leaves
Muddle the mint in a julep cup or tall glass.
Add the simple syrup and whisky.
Fill with crushed ice and stir well
When the cup is frosted it is ready to drink!
*To make simple syrup, add equal parts sugar and water to a pot. Bring to a boil and remove immediately. Allow to cool then refrigerate.
1.5 oz Jackknife Gin
¼ oz Organic Fair Lavender Lemonbalm Lemonade
1 oz Unsweetened Grapefruit Juice
2 oz Club Soda
In shaker with ice, combine the Jackknife Gin, Lemonbalm Lemonade, and grapefruit Juice, shake, pour into coupe glass, top with soda.Garnish with dried rose petals.
Spicy Moscow Mule
1oz Vodka Vodka Vodka
1/2oz Spicy Chili Vodka
5oz Dickie's Ginger Beer
Put the alcohols in a shaker with ice and shake until condensation is found on your shaker. Strain onto fresh ice, preferably in a copper mule mug. Top with 5oz of Dickie's Ginger Beer and enjoy!
Q-1908 Signature Cocktail
4oz Empress 1908 gin
1.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1.5oz Homemade Simple Syrup
2 Egg whites
Edible flowers for garnish
Mix Empress 1908 gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg whites into a cocktail shaker.
Shake to mix well.
Add the ice to the shaker and shake again. This helps make sure the egg whites don't chill too quickly within your glass!
Pour equally into two glasses and top with edible flowers

0.50 oz Okanagan Spirits Maraschino Liqueur
0.50 oz Okanagan Spirits Blackcurrant Liqueur
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.25 oz Simple Syrup
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled mixing glass.
Stir, and strain into a coupe. Garnish with fresh or Okanagan Spirits Drunken Cherries
*To make simple syrup: bring equal parts sugar and water to a boil then remove from heat immediately and chill.
The Tragically Flip
45 mL Rhubarb Gin
15 mL Kazuki Gin
7 ml Simple Syrup (1-part sugar 1-part water) 22 g Vanilla Yogurt
1 whole egg
Method: Add all ingredients into shaker-tin, muddle strawberry’s, dry shake (no ice), wet shake (with ice), double strain. Garnish: Cinnamon powder (optional)
Glassware: Coupe or Nick & Nora

• 1 oz Odd Society Bittersweet Vermouth
• 1 oz Legend Distilling Naramaro
Build all the ingredients in an Old Fashioned glass with ice. Serves 1.

2 oz East Van Vodka
1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
0.5 oz jasmine syrup*
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
1 dash rhubarb bitters
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice, fine strain into a chilled cocktail coupe.
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
1 jasmine tea bag
Add all ingredients to a pot and bring to a low simmer, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
Let tea steep for 10 minutes. Remove tea bar and store syrup in the refrigerator.

1.5 oz Odd Society Honey Oaken Gin
0.5 oz Odd Society Mia Amata Amaro
1 oz Lemon Juice
0.75 oz Ginger Honey Syrup
1 dash Plum Bitters
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all ingredients and shake.
Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
Garnish with candied ginger.

1 1/2 ounces Dragon Mist Vodka
1/2 ounce Dragon Mist Limoncello liqueur
1 teaspoon superfine sugar or to taste
3/4 ounce freshly-squeezed lemon juice
Superfine sugar for dipping
Twisted peel of lemon
Mix the vodka, limoncello liqueur, sugar, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice then shake 50 times. Pour strained liquor into a sugar-rimmed martini glass and garnish with a twisted peel of lemon.
½oz Egg White
1 Lime Wedge
2 Dash Lime Leaf Bitters
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Top off with equal parts mango and pineapple juice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

2 oz Jackknife Gin
1 oz St Germaine Elderflower Liqueur
¾ oz Unsweetened Grapefruit Juice
Fresh Squeezed Juice from 1 Lemon
In shaker, combine ingredients with ice and shake vigorously – pour into coupe glass. Garnish with Fresh mint.
